- What is the duration of a project？
- The project lead time depends on the service. There are long-term projects that can last up to two years, as well as short-term project that last one month. We are very flexible in meeting our clients’ needs.
- How does the project team formation look like？
- The number of the team members varies with the extent of the project. The basic team consists of three members, comprising one Manager and two staff members. However, large scale projects may consists of seven members, while simple research services may be handled by one member. We adjust our team formation according to our clients’ wants.
- How much does it cost？
- The cost depends on the service offered. Unlike a consultancy, we do not base our fees on the number of members involved in the project, but on the final output. We also offer services based on incentive fees, being flexible in adjusting our cost menu to our clients.
